efficiently and effectively. This comprehensive application aims to
support each stage of a company's project management process.
Features and Benefits:
- Definitions: Projects, project stages, tasks, firms and
personnel contact details can be defined within the system and related
with each other.
- Team Assignment: Personnel can be assigned to a particular
task or to an entire project. Task duration and deadlines as well
as unit labor costs can be defined and monitored. Total labor costs
can be calculated.
- Document Management: Notification of incoming and outgoing
documents can be enetered into the system, which allows the project
manager to keep track of documents related to any particular project
on a timely basis.
- Client Correspondence Tracking: Any kind of communication
with the client such as meetings, e-mail or fax correspondence and
telephone conversations can be included in the program. Explanations
or other vital notes can also be added. This module allows the project
manager to keep track of any communication with the client so as
to prevent any miscommunication between the parties.
- Reports: Who is assigned to what a task in which project
can be reported by task duration and deadline. Also, reports showing
the details of the notes related to the correspondence with the
client in any particular project can be queried and printed.

yet cost efficient, web sites. Our Web-Wise Wizard is easy to use
yet yields impressive results.
Features and Benefits:
- Users can build or update their own web sites using the Web-Wise
Wizard.
- Every page of the wizard includes help topics and tips on building
effective pages.
- A detailed help system is also separately available with an easy
to navigate, tutorial style user interface.
- All web information (pages, content and images) is stored in a database. All modifications are monitored through logging of editing actions.
- Each page is composed of a number of unrestricted blocks.
- Each block may contain a title, text, and a picture. The alignment of text with respect to the picture and the page is variable for every block. /li>
- The image library of the user is managed using a separate page; the user can upload, preview or delete image files using this page.
- Many security checks are performed to avoid unwanted actions through upload or delete requests.
- A visitor counter is available.
